Acknowledgement
Within 48 hours of submitting your application, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming we have it.
Prayerful Review
Each application is read with care and prayer. Decisions are typically issued within seven days.
Outcome
You will receive a personal acceptance, a request for further information, or , where we are not able to offer a place this year , an honest and gracious regret.
Onboarding
Accepted students receive a welcome pack, their student ID, joining links for Zoom, Google Classroom, and the WhatsApp community, and an orientation invitation.

Is there a cost to apply or to attend?
Potter's Wheel School of Ministry is offered as a ministry training programme; specific arrangements regarding contributions are confirmed in your acceptance correspondence. Cost should not be a barrier , if you have questions, please write to us.
Where do students join from?
Across the United Kingdom, Ghana, Europe, and North America. The school is fully online by design.
What time are the sessions in my time zone?
Sessions run 7–9pm UK time on Thursdays. From Ghana that is 7–9pm; from US Eastern it is approximately 2–4pm; from US Pacific approximately 11am–1pm. We recommend confirming for your local time on the day of the session.
Do I need a particular level of theological education?
No. PWSM is for any believer who senses a call into deeper formation and ministry. Every cohort includes a wide range of backgrounds.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded and posted in Google Classroom by the Friday after. Attendance is tracked, and our certificate eligibility threshold is published in the Student Handbook on day one.
