Potter's Wheel School of Ministry (“PWSM”, “we”, “us”) is an online ministry training school. Our website is pwsmglobal.org. You can contact us at info@pwsmglobal.org.

• Application data. When you submit our admissions form (a Google Form), we collect the personal details you provide there: name, contact details, church affiliation, and the responses to our application questions.
• Contact form data. When you use our contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you provide.
• Email correspondence. If you write to us, we keep that correspondence to respond and to maintain your record as a student or applicant.

Why we collect it

We collect your data only for the purposes of (a) processing your application, (b) running the cohort you are enrolled in, (c) responding to your enquiries, and (d) keeping institutional records of past cohorts. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Application records are kept for the duration of the cohort and then archived alongside the cohort's records. You can request deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@pwsmglobal.org.

Cookies

This website does not set non-essential tracking cookies. Embedded Google Forms may set cookies governed by Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Please write to info@pwsmglobal.org with any such request.
